lyrics
Can I decide again, what will allow
Backwards I fall again, nodding slowly
Chances we’ll speak again, but what about?
Anchor your feelings on the things you told me
Don’t understand you
Everything you’ve been through (hah)
I guess I need to phone a friend
I guess I need to phone a friend
I guess I need some help again
Did you feel better then? That part I doubt
Wrap it in cellophane, rotting slowly
Check on yourself before skipping the town
Anchor your feelings on the things you told me
Don’t understand you
Everything you’ve been through (hah)
I guess I need to phone a friend
I guess I need to phone a friend
I guess I need some help again

A truly stunning album that mentally transports you to foggy early morning streets, the pavement wet from recent rains. Dreary, but in a comforting way. Like sitting next to a window during a rainstorm, listening to the drops hit the glass while remaining warm. Never fails to make me feel safe. Crow Yo
If indie pop went on a date with grunge, it would sound like London band Flowers' contribution to Slumberland's singles series. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 8, 2020

Absolutely ridiculous and brilliant at the same time!!
I couldn't set my favourite tracks (Do Hot Girls Like Chords & It's All Nothing Until It's Everything)
The skill and talent you can hear on this album is just mind blowing. Can't believe I've only just discovered them!
The videos on Youtube are well worth a watch as well - the videos for my favourite two tracks are just brilliant, and are totally worth it to see Sam Wilkes living his best life on the bass!!
